Was that person your friend on BE already? If you go to your Preferences, there will be an option called "Allow visitor messages on my profile" Then there will be , "All members, Only friends, Nobody." When you first sign up, ONLY FRIENDS is checked. You can edit it in the Preferences tab. | |

| If you can't send a VM to someone that means that you're not friends with me. When you first sign up it will automatically say ONLY FRIENDS but you can change that.(: | |
