| ok so since Im a figure skater Im not allowed to play many sports just incase of injurys & if I get injurys I cant skate. So I decided to do Crew or some people call it rowing. Im gunna be a freshmen & Crew isnt a common sport so they teach u from the beginning. So today I had my tryouts so they teached us how to do everything. Try outs are friggen brutal. They Made us run a mile & One kid puked along the way & they kept making us run even though the kid was puking his guts out (not literally). So then after they made us run a mile non-stop they gave us 30 seconds to drink water, & they made us go on this machine called a Urg & it is acually really fun to use loll, and a lot of people hate it (for some reason).
so anyways have any of you guys been rowing before or anythingg. cuz I need a lot of tipss, its hard, also if you run track or anything I need tips on running & how to sorta keep your energy longer without having to walk thankss. xD | |

| Congrats! I dont understand the running...but go to your local track, and pace yourself. For your first mile, try joggin, then go a little faster for the next. Just practice it | |
